I believe we are nearing the time when we must intervene. Mr. Bush will propel this country into a world war utilizing "tactical nuclear strikes."

We must pause and recognize that this is the moment in time, our one chance to avert a course of action which will most certainly catapult the world into that which we have always feared, nuclear warfare - tactical with "acceptable loss ratios - indeed, the apocalypse.

We must cease and desist our antagonizing militarism. Now.

Turn back, restore the constitution, engage in diplomacy, dedicate ourselves, our resources, to the health, safety and education of our children - imagine what could be done in the world utilizing the vast resources we are currently squandering at war. Stem the tide of AIDS in Africa, restore and protect the environment, eradicate hunger...
